"Got help eventually, but no follow-up"
Support did get back to me after a couple of days and they ended up sorting out my question, so I’ll give them that. But I had to chase them once, and there wasn’t really any follow-up after that, which was a bit frustrating. The answers were okay, just basic and slower than I’d hoped

"Decent support after a little break-in"
I got these mostly because I needed more arch support, and yeah, they definitely help. They felt a little stiff the first couple days, not awful, just kinda firm. After wearing them a bit though, they settled in and feel good in my shoes. They’re not totally perfect or anything, but overall I’m happy with them...

"Held up better than I thought they would"
I picked up a pair from fp-insoles.com for my skate shoes mostly because I was curious if they’d actually hold up. After a couple months of regular use, they’re still in decent shape, which surprised me. They haven’t torn apart or flattened out nearly as much as I expected.
That said, they’re not flawless. There are some scuffs now, and one edge has started to lift just a little, though it hasn’t really affected how they feel. Overall I’m happy with them for how much abuse they’ve taken, but I’d still say they’re durable rather than perfect.

"Made my runs way more comfortable"
My feet feel so much better after long runs now. I used to feel beat up afterward, but these have definitely helped a lot.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
Well... I ordered my insoles and they actually showed up faster than I thought they would. The tracking updated fine the whole way, and delivery was smooth with no issues. The box arrived in good shape too, so overall it was a easy experience.

"Fit me just right"
I got my normal size and they slipped right into my shoes with no trimming or messing around. Felt comfortable pretty much right away, which was a nice surprise. I’m happy with them. That’s it...

"Did help, but not a complete fix"
I got these because my heels had been bothering me, and to be fair, they have helped a bit, especially when I’m on my feet walking around at work. They weren’t an instant miracle or anything, and my feet still ache after really long days, but I do notice some improvement. They also took a little getting used to, so I wouldn’t judge them right away. For the price, I expected a bit more support, but I can’t say they’re bad either. They work okay, just not perfectly...

The first couple days were a little strange, not uncomfortable exactly, just kind of new under my feet, so I wore them around for short walks and during a few work shifts and tried not to judge them too fast while they broke in.
After about a week they started feeling so much better and I realized my feet weren’t getting nearly as tired by the end of the day, so I’m glad I stuck with them instead of giving up right away...

"Impact absorption wasn’t quite enough for me"
I bought these mostly because my feet get sore after long shifts, and I was hoping they’d give me a little extra protection from all the impact on hard floors.
They felt decent at first, kind of soft and comfortable, but after wearing them for a few days I didn’t notice much of a difference. My heels still felt about the same by the end of the day, so they didn’t really help me avoid that worn-out foot pain like I’d hoped.
Maybe they’re better for skating or lighter use, but for my situation they just weren’t supportive enough. They’re not awful, but for the price, I was disappointed
